In her role as Senior Director of Quality Improvement, Aida works to promote the health and safety of the individuals we serve and our team members. Staff can always count on her for her expertise, diligence, and dedication—qualities that have made all the difference since the start of the coronavirus pandemic. Aida has helped the teams she supports implement response strategies based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), local health authorities, and our national COVID-19 Task Force. She continues to keep them updated on current guidance, providing training and ensuring team members have the information they need as the situation continues to evolve.
