Lisa has gone above and beyond for our facility. She is constantly picking up extra shifts or filling in when needed. Lisa has an excellent rapport with our individuals and their families, as well as her fellow team members. She cares for our PBS as if they were her own family, ensuring they have quality care and communicating with other staff/family about care changes.
