Supported Living Programs

NeuroRestorative’s supported living programs offer individualized lifelong continuums of support for people with brain injury as they increase their level of independence and quality of life. This may include supporting an individual as they live in their own home or in one of our inpatient programs, including our small group residences or supervised apartments.

Neurorestorative Carbondale Pediatrics

Our flagship location, NeuroRestorative Carbondale, was the first dedicated after-hospital rehabilitation program in the country for people with brain injury and has been serving children and adolescents since 1980. This unique setting, located in picturesque Southern Illinois is an ideal environment for children with brain injury to receive the specialized care they need.

Neurorestorative Timber Ridge Pediatrics

NeuroRestorative Timber Ridge is one of the largest rehabilitation facilities for pediatric and adolescent brain injury in the country. Located in Benton, Arkansas, the program has been helping hundreds of children since 1989 receive the specialized supports, therapies and education they need in a setting that promotes growth and independence.
