Bruce W Kuluris, MBA, PT Vice President of Operations – West
Bruce oversees the operations for all NeuroRestorative programs in the West. With more than 30 years of healthcare experience, he oversees operations including financial performance, safety and program development, ensuring that all individuals served receive the highest quality of care.
Bruce previously served as vice president of operations for CareMeridian, a partner of The MENTOR Network that became part of NeuroRestorative in 2019. He has also worked as a consultant through his own company, Kuluris Rehab Services, as clinical director for a program serving catastrophically injured and ill individuals and as a physical therapist for an acute care hospital, including in ICU and sub-acute settings. Bruce serves as a Board Director for Network Angels for The Mentor Network and as a committee member on the Centers of Excellence Committee of the Neurodevelopmental Treatment Association (NDTA).
Bruce holds a master’s degree in business administration from The University of Phoenix and a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from California State University at Long Beach. He is a registered physical therapist and certified in Neurodevelopmental Treatment.
