Temeka Tate, M.D. Medical Director
Dr. Tate is the owner of First Class Rehabilitation Clinic in Plano, TX. Dr Tate has been in private practice in the North Dallas area since 2012 treating acute and chronic pain conditions. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Biology Summa Cum Laude from Xavier University of Louisiana and a Doctorate of Medicine from Louisiana State University (New Orleans, LA). She completed a residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at UTSW (Dallas, TX)
Dr Tate is certified by the American Board Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. She also serves as associate medical director at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital in Richardson. She is licensed to practice medicine in the state of Texas.
