We provide therapies, life skills training, and other supports to bridge the gap between inpatient treatment and independent living to help people get back to their lives.
Our caring rehabilitation specialists help people build the daily living skills they need to live independently at home or return to work or school. Each person we serve has a unique rehabilitation plan designed for their needs and goals. We work with individuals in their home, community, work or school setting to help them build skills to succeed in the setting where they will be used.
