Neurorehabilitation

The people we serve face many different challenges, and each person has unique needs and goals.

Adults with work-related injuries want to get back to work and life as soon as possible. Military members and veterans may be adjusting to life back at home after their injury and need support for the next phase of life. Whatever their challenge or goal, our neurorehabilitation programs help people with a wide range of needs heal so they can get back to living life.

We get to know each individual and involve their family or support team to create a care plan just for them. Every activity teaches a life skill to use in everyday life, including mobility, daily living, self care, and more. Mastering these skills helps the people we serve live more independent lives.

Because everyone learns best in different settings, we offer our neurorehabilitation programs in our community-based residential programs and throughout our in-home, host home, outpatient, and day treatment programs.

Support services are tailored to the needs of each person we serve and may include:

  • Daily life skills
  • Physical and occupational therapy
  • Medication management
  • Mobility coordination
  • Visual perceptual skills
  • Speech and language
  • Memory and attention
  • Social skill building
  • Behavioral health supports
  • Community activities
