Davin is a rock. Though he typically works the overnight shift including weekends, he’s ready to help out whenever he can and changes his shifts to help support his team and the program. He is also someone staff can turn to for his expertise and experience, being a mentor to new staff and great support his team. He goes above and beyond and puts his heart into his work every day.
