Rachel goes above and beyond daily to show each of our company values. Rachel is seen as a positive role model among all. She provides a positive, welcoming environment and always puts the needs of the individuals we serve and staff first. She has introduced a variety of inclusion ideas to the program. For example, “caught a coworker” is a phrase where staff and individuals can write a “shout out to recognize the people who have gone above and beyond that week. She does an excellent job of making each person feel like a part of the program. In addition, she has done a phenomenal job of facilitating and overseeing all safety and quality improvements within the program. Her positive, respectful attitude is contagious to all.
