She has been a Rehabilitation Specialist with NeuroRestorative (formerly Mentis) for almost 15 years and has become a well-respected, honored, and invaluable part of the rehab and nursing team. Theresa is very organized and family-oriented, and that shows through in the way that she takes care of the staff and individuals on a daily basis. She ensures everything is cleaned and put away in the gym/facility at the end of the day. She encourages the staff to follow her lead, and many do, including the rehab techs who are lucky enough to have her train them.
