Our North Carolina program provides post-acute rehabilitation and support services for adults with brain and spinal cord injuries, medically complex injuries, and other neurological challenges. We provide individualized, outcome-driven programs and support services in the most independent setting possible, including neurorehabilitation, neurobehavioral, supported living, and transitional living services.
Day Program and Outpatient Services
NeuroRestorative Raleigh and Charlotte, NC, Programs provide day program and outpatient services in locations across the country for individuals at any stage of recovery from a brain or spinal cord injury. Our neurological rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care to help individuals continue their medical and physical recovery as well as support for daily life issues and other challenges that may develop when they return home. Our programs offer a viable and cost-effective alternative to prolonged hospitalization, or they may be the next step to achieving successful outcomes following inpatient rehabilitation.
All of our day programs and outpatient services begin with a comprehensive evaluation. Upon completion of the interdisciplinary assessment, the individuals we serve receive a detailed report, including recommendations for further treatment, skill development, and community participation. NeuroRestorative’s outpatient evaluations are particularly helpful for those individuals who may have plateaued in their recovery or those who may benefit from a new and integrated therapy review.

When distance does not allow for face-to-face visits, our HIPAA-compliant, interactive video-teleconferencing platform makes connecting individuals
with our care team easy and convenient. Our telehealth care delivery can ensure people access the supports and services they need to thrive. High-bred programs
that use some face-to-face and some telehealth sessions are available. Services may be provided in an individual’s first language for non-English speakers.
