Our Utah program provides subacute and post-acute rehabilitation and support services for adults and children with brain and spinal cord injuries, medically complex injuries, and other neurological challenges. Our Riverton, Utah, location is the only program in the region designed from the ground up to provide care services required for adults and children recovering from catastrophic illnesses and injuries. Our unique program offers personalized attention and intensive treatment in a non-institutional setting, creating an environment conducive to recovery. Here, each individual we serve has the best opportunity to improve their quality of life and advance their independence.

When distance does not allow for face-to-face visits, our HIPAA-compliant, interactive video-teleconferencing platform makes connecting individuals
with our care team easy and convenient. Our telehealth care delivery can ensure people access the supports and services they need to thrive. High-bred programs
that use some face-to-face and some telehealth sessions are available. Services may be provided in an individual’s first language for non-English speakers.
