NeuroRestorative Grand Rapids, MI, provides individualized rehabilitation through real-life activities. Using a functional, personalized approach we have successfully treated individuals at home, school, and work since 1999. The program offers home and community-based rehabilitation services for children, adolescents, and adults who have sustained brain and spinal cord injuries, and other neurological or orthopedic challenges.
A Collaborative Approach
At NeuroRestorative, family are part of the individual’s circle of support and are involved in their rehabilitation journey each step of the way, in keeping with the individual’s wishes and preferences. This supports an atmosphere of collaboration and helps carry therapeutic intervention into everyday activities and routines. We also proudly collaborate with other professionals including physicians, vocational counselors, schools, neuropsychologists, nutrition counselors, and case managers.
Our individualized real-life activities use a functional, personalized approach, allowing us to serve individuals where they live: at home, school and work. Our expertise in transitioning children back to school and adults back to work allow our team of skilled therapists to support individuals at any phase of the recovery process.
