
At NeuroRestorative, we are excited about the evolution of our workplace culture alongside our service lines, staff, and goals as part of the Sevita family. We genuinely care about investing in our team, knowing that this commitment has a positive impact on everyone we serve and their families.
To support this effort, Sevita has introduced “culture labs”—fun, interactive seminars aimed at inspiring fresh ideas and leadership that align with our Vision, Mission, and Values. These culture labs truly reflect our core values of Integrity, Respect, Inclusion, and Growth in engaging and creative ways. So far, Sevita has hosted culture labs in nine different states, with a total of 691 employees, including 200 NeuroRestorative team members. Leading this initiative is Christina Purcell, Executive Director for NeuroRestorative.
As a U.S. Army Veteran, Christina approaches her role with a mission-driven perspective—committed to serving others, fostering collaborative teams, and advocating for innovation in care.“Our core values play a key role in shaping our company culture, and we recognize that the focus on each value may shift depending on the situation,” said Christina. “By nurturing a healthy and high-performing culture, we help lower turnover rates, boost outcomes, and enhance employee morale. When everyone feels heard and valued, it leads to better attendance and job performance, making our workplace a place where employees are excited to come every day. Ultimately, this creates a positive experience for those we serve.”
We are dedicated to fostering diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in our organization. Our Inclusion Council has been hard at work fostering employee engagement through state-level Inclusion Committees, Employee Resource Groups, and valuable surveys to gather feedback.
