Howard T. Katz, M.D. Medical Director, Hammond Place, Louisiana
Dr. Katz serves as Medical Director of NeuroRestorative at Hammond Place in Hammond, Louisiana. He also serves as a consultant for a number of rehabilitation programs in the region. Dr. Katz received his medical degree from the University of Tennessee Center for the Health Sciences. He completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Tufts New England Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Katz is board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation, spinal cord injury medicine and brain injury medicine, and he is certified by the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners. He is a member of multiple professional associations, including the American Medical Association, Brain Injury Association, American Academy of Home Care Physicians, and the American Congress of Rehabilitation Medicine. Dr. Katz is a native of Memphis, Tennessee, and a resident of Madison, Mississippi.
