James (Jim) Para-Cremer, MA, BCBA, LBA Vice President of Operations - Central
Jim is responsible for overseeing operations in the North. His focus is on ensuring the highest quality of care for the individuals we support as they work to achieve their personal goals. Jim works with stakeholders within state and local government, and private health care management agencies to improve the access and availability of NeuroRestorative services to communities across the country.
Jim’s career focus has been to maximize the quality of life for people with brain and spinal cord injury and other challenges by promoting the development of functional life skills. As a licensed and board certified behavior analyst, Jim’s work with youth and adults with neurobehavioral challenges has resulted in many positive outcomes. Jim has worked collaboratively with communities across the country to create unique and individualized therapeutic programs. He is a practicing clinician and educator who currently serves as a faculty and advisory board member to two separate accredited universities. Jim holds a master’s degree from the University of Kansas’ Department of Human Development and Family Life.
