NeuroRestorative’s innovative host home program provides individuals with the opportunity to successfully transition from facility-based services to life in the community. In our host home program, they live in the community of their choice, in the home of a primary support person known as a “Mentor.” We carefully match individuals and Mentors based on the goals and preferences of both people.
We also offer in-home services to assist individuals in their own home with the appropriate level of support best suited to their goals.
