Transitional living services provide specialized therapeutic support to enhance an individual’s functional and behavioral abilities so they may successfully transition from more intensive acute or neurobehavioral treatment settings and continue to develop independent living skills. Individuals have numerous opportunities to acquire and enhance functional abilities, use compensatory strategies and develop appropriate social and behavioral skills in natural home settings. By delivering transitional living services in the community we help build a bridge to the individual’s return to home, family, community, job or educational settings.
