Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood in Castle Hill, we offer inpatient and transitional living programs in a home-like environment with access to the amenities of the surrounding community and nearby San Antonio. Just a few blocks away, our day treatment program provides a therapeutic setting for outpatient services. Our San Antonio program is conveniently located in close proximity to city’s military bases and medical resources, offering the opportunity for collaboration and continuity of care, as well engaging community integration.
Our specially trained team of clinicians includes CBIS certified therapists who are focused on empowering participants to achieve their potential through a continuum of outcome-driven, community-based rehabilitation programs and specialized supports.
The services listed below may be offered by our staff and other professionals on-site or in the community. NeuroRestorative also coordinates or assists participants in accessing additional services from other health professionals and local service providers as necessary.
