Company Value: Integrity, Respect, Inclusion and Growth
Nicole was nominated this quarter by several of her peers for representing all four company values of Integrity, Respect, Inclusion, and Growth in her everyday work.
She goes above and beyond her typical day-to-day duties and even assists therapists who may need a helping hand. She supports the company and goes above and beyond for the families and team members. Nicole can look at the bigger picture, providing the best interests of all families and team members. She is an excellent example of a hero because she takes not only one but all four of the company’s values and uses them daily. She has helped our company grow within the community by recommending events, sponsors, and referring families.
