Michelle Pu, M.D. Medical Director
Dr. Pu is an accomplished physiatrist and serves as the Medical Director for NeuroRestorative, Houston, Texas. She previously was a leader for the Specialty program at Memorial Hermann TIRR, a top three US News and World Report Best Hospital for Rehabilitation. In addition, she was an Assistant Professor for the Department of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) at Baylor College of Medicine and an Adjunct Assistant Professor of PM&R at McGovern Medical School at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.
She received her medical degree at the National Yang-Ming University School of Medicine in Taiwan in 2001. She completed her internal medicine internship at St. Louis University Hospital. She later completed her PM&R residency training at the Baylor College of Medicine-UT Houston Rehabilitation Alliance in 2009. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Health Administration from Washington University in St. Louis.
Dr. Pu is dual board certified in Brain Injury Medicine and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. She specializes in brain injury, stroke, spasticity management, and inpatient rehabilitation.
