Julie Bates Senior Director, Human Resources
As the Human Resources (HR) leader for NeuroRestorative, Julie provides strategic HR leadership and people solutions to support our business. Leading a team of HR professionals, she is responsible for all aspects of the employment experience, including talent development, career pathways, employee relations, and HR operations.
Prior to joining NeuroRestorative, Julie has two decades of multi-unit HR leadership in department store retailing. In addition to her HR experience, she has held large operational roles which provides a unique combination of running a successful business, combined with strong HR and leadership acumen.
