Akouvi has a way of connecting with the people she serves. She will go out of her way to make sure the individuals’ needs are met and she encourages them to gain as much independence as possible. She speaks to her co-workers with respect and she makes an effort to work as a team. Akouvi puts forth effort to make the house feel like a home for the people we serve.  She works with her fellow co-workers to make sure there is a consistent routine for the individuals every day.
