Albrendea is such a caring team member. For example, she went above and beyond during Hurricane Ian, caring for the individuals at the program – even amidst a major hurricane she put others before herself.
In addition, Albrendea has formed strong working relationships with those we serve and developed a good rapport with the individuals in our behavior-intensive program. She is a great reflective listener and takes it all in staff meetings or conversations with individuals or families. She is an excellent asset to the program, respectful towards others, and gets along well with everyone at the program.
