Dadria has grown from being a Team Lead in the company to a Residential Supervisor and is now training to become a Program Manager. She constantly pushes and encourages others to grow as well or even get better in the position they are in. Taking care of the individuals we serve is her passion. Seeing them smile and grow warms her heart. Dadria deserves to be recognized for her outstanding work and growth. There are no words to express how much Dadria does for the staff and clients. She is always willing to help and jump in when needed, whether it’s helping staff or attending to the individuals we serve needs. Our campus is going through a lot of changes; Dadria has stepped up to help out in every area possible, for example, helping out another program while their manager was out. She still completes her duties in our program. If there’s a person who models integrity, it would be her. She has taught me so much about being a role model for staff and being a leader.
