David was nominated because he advocated for those we serve and our company. He sent a letter to Senator Carolyn Comitta. As a result, she toured the Mainline Exton office to meet individuals, staff and observe the STEPS program in action on September 6th. He was advocating for individuals, their families, and his co-workers. In the letter, he described Cognitive Rehabilitation Therapy and included examples of successful outcomes. “Our work is very rewarding, and we want to invite you to visit our program to see this work firsthand.” He told of our current workforce challenges and pitched for increasing provider rates for cognitive rehabilitation therapy. He will be demonstrating to an elected official all the amazing work we do to impact the lives of those we serve.
