Debra’s dedication to providing nutritious meals for participants and staff members knows no bounds. She is marvelously able to find interesting new foods while regularly serving over 6,000 meals per month. During times of inclement weather, Debra has been known to sleep in her office to ensure that everyone has hot meals on cold days. She also works patiently with participants who are relearning the culinary skills needed to thrive in vocational restaurant settings.
