I have enjoyed working with Kai for the past year and a half. During this time, I have witnessed her as one of the most determined, focused, and driven persons I have ever met. She holds herself to a high standard in all that she does and advocates the same from those around her. Kai is an exceptional leader and goes above and beyond daily for the individuals we serve. Kai creates, plans, and executes the Friday activities for the individuals in the program. She puts together special events, such as Carnivals, softball games, and Club Lightfoot, just to name a few. I can see Kai moving up within the company; however, I would always want her on my team. She’s absolutely amazing and deserves the recognition.
