Melody has been instrumental in going above and beyond for our the individuals at both Buffalo and Carmen locations, including driving to meet a family to get proper paperwork signed if they cannot meet at the facility or driving to the courthouse to submit paperwork for families when dealing with guardianship cases.
Melody has been wonderful in setting up IDT with all families.. She is always going above and beyond to meet the needs of those we serve and their families. She has left the facility only to return later in the evening to meet families that are unable to meet during normal operating hours.
