Certain patients can be challenging to help, such as those with concussion / traumatic brain injury with persistent post concussive symptoms (headache, neck pain, dizziness and anxiety), or the elderly with unsteady gait and balance difficulties. Please join Dr. Debby Feinberg and Dr. Mark Rosner as they present a unique approach to this patient population. They will describe how subtle vision misalignments known as Binocular Vision Dysfunction are routinely present but not routinely identified, can be the cause of these symptoms, and how the use of micro-prism lenses and noise cancelling devices reduce symptoms by 80% for the average patient.
